MAJOR RENOVATIONS IN PROGRESS.
1. Deconstruct complete master bathroom.
2. Reconstruct master bath walls as specified by homeowner.
3. Move ceiling lights, light switches , and electrical outlets.
4. Plumb in new drain and water supply lines for the new shower stall.
5. Plumb in drain and water supply lines for new tub.
6. Move all plumbing line for the new vanity and counter top.
7. Replace commode.
8. Install solid pine doors and casements.
9. Install oil rubbed bronze shower door with clear glass.
10. Install culture marble shower stall
11. Install culture marble 72”x42” tub .
12. Install wain-coating on all walls in beaded board.
13. Texture, tape and float, and paint all walls and ceilings.
14. Install shelving and closet poles in master bath closets.
15. Custom built and installed two uppers and corner cabinets.
16. Install vanity, counter top and lavatory .
17. Install medicine cabinet.
18. Install pocket door framing and install door panels.
19. Install low-e obscure window by commode and above bathtub(36x24).
20. All casements, sills, base, and shoe molding to be pine, stained, and sealed.
21. Paint all ceilings and exposed walls in semi-gloss.
22. Install floor tile in master bath in a diagonal design.
23. Install light fixtures in the commode room, closets, shower stall, and open area.
24. Install crown molding around all upper cabinets in the bathroom.
25. Install oil rubbed bronze antiqued garden tub faucet.
26. Install all matching hardware in oil rubbed bronze .
