We were contacted by Mrs.Camara about fixing up her bathroom for her husband. He had a stroke and lost his body motor functions from the chest down. She was distraught and crying when we met at her home. She didn't know what to do or where to start. Trying to perpare everything to welcome her husband home. Through her tears, she said she was torn between being at the hospital taking care of her husband and being at home getting it ready. She didn't know what to do. We advised her not to worry about this (the bathroom), just let us do what we know best.
We exchanged ideals about what she wanted and didn't want. Mrs. Camara's main objectives was to help her husband maintain his independance. So we started suggesting ideals on how to achieve this goal. We told Mrs. Camara, "Don't worry, we'll take care of this, you just worry about the care your husband is getting and leave this bathroom to us."
We did everything she wanted and suggested other ideals to make the bathroom area work better for Mr. Camara. When we finished, Mrs. Camara with tears running down her cheeks, this time with happiness and the satisfaction that everything that could of been done for her husband, was done and then some, said," Robert and Leo, We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you all have done for us."
The Camaras gave us alot of compliments and asked us to please use them as a reference and they would be happy to tell anyone how happy they are with the work we did and how professionally everything was done. They'll be happy to talk to you about their experiences and how we did.
