We have done , over 100,000 square feet of floors. 1000's of square feet of counter tops. Countless counter top back splashes, and 1000's upon 1000's of repairs. All this and everything from fireplaces to swimming pools to patios etc ..... Not to mention 100's of showers and complete bathrooms.
You know, many years ago we decided to re-evaluate where we were going as a business, personally, and how could we better serve our community. By this time, we were already being asked quite often to create bathrooms that were senior friendly and functional for the physically challenged. On these special projects, we noticed a different type of appreciation for our work. Sure, we had already made a lot of customers very happy with the work we did for them. Jobs like tiling the living rooms, dens, kitchens etc... They were happy to have that beautiful floor or shower that they had wanted for a long time, to make their house prettier. This was something they had wanted. There was a different kind of appreciation when we would do a senior friendly or special needs bathroom. When we would finish, the customer would thank us dearly because now they had what they really needed and having it done beautifully was just an added bonus. Our satisfied customers made the decision for us and we have been making our special customers happy ever since.

Ruptured tendon surgery on September 14th has me sidelined and handicap for 12 to 14 weeks with non bearing weight on my right foot. My home health therapist and the rehab hospital suggested grab bars in my shower (which is separate from the tub) for safety purposes,along with a bench shower seat,and a hand held shower spray. With that said, I turned to eZaccessbathrooms for help. Robert ,the owner, answered my call promptly and courteously. I explained my delima and he said he would be out within 48 hours to install grab bars and the necessary shower components. I received a call within one hour of Robert's arriving to my home. My husband had already purchased grab bars and a hand held shower. Robert installed the grab bars, BUT, the hand held shower spray had no shower head attached. "NOW WHAT TO DO". Robert calmed my anxiety and suggested the Delta in2ition 5 spray setting hand shower. which was a 2-in-1 shower head. I was so delighted. Next I needed to get rid of the wire mesh overhang basket that holds shampoo,soap,etc. Robert suggested installing corner grab bars with plastic trays that are handy to store bathing articles,etc.and accessible for grabbing as well. A mock-up was drawn on the tile as to placement of grab bars, shower head with hand held spray and the grab bar corner trays. Upon my approval and with his suggestions, He began installation. Robert and his wife, Leo worked together to complete my handicap shower in less than 2-1/2 hours. He gave me a quote before the work began, he protected the carpet leading from bedroom to bathroom with canvas coverings and cleaned up when finished. eZaccessbathrooms has the guidance and knowledge making a persons handicapp very accessible in their own home. I was researching the web for someone supported by the BBB to help make our master bathroom handicap accessible to bring my mother home from the hospital with a broken leg on Monday 1/2/17. I called Robert on New Years Eve 2016 and he arrived at 8am on New Years Day 2017! His quick response, knowledge of ADA compliance and his professionalism impressed me. Within an hour, he had laid down tarps to keep my house clean, installed several rails in the shower, new shower head and toilet railing to make the house ready for Monday. Mr. Garcia is very knowledgeable and my shower is very elegant. I called and in 45 minutes he arrived to give me an estimate to convert my tub/shower into a shower only. The crew always arrived on time at my house during demo/construction process. We discussed my needs and recommendations were made on all options available for me. I knew exactly what the cost would be before anything was done and what the cost would be before they finished. Also, a final consultation was done to confirm where I wanted everything to be placed which gave me a chance make any changes and confirm everything we were going to do. I have a lot of health problems due to arthritis and needed some grab bars put in our shower. We gave Robert a call and scheduled an appt with him to give us some ideas on how we could make our shower easier for me to be more independent and safe. Robert gave us great ideas on grab bars and placement and also shelves that have a grab bar. He and Leo were able to do the work that very day!!! They were very professional wearing booties over their shoes and laid down clean cloths over the areas of our home that they needed to walk thru to do,the job. He also noticed how narrow our doors were in the water closet and had special offset hinges so the door could open further for my walker. What a life changer he was.
