I have a lot of health problems due to arthritis and needed some grab bars put in our shower. We gave Robert a call and scheduled an appt with him to give us some ideas on how we could make our shower easier for me to be more independent and safe. Robert gave us great ideas on grab bars and placement and also shelves that have a grab bar. He and Leo were able to do the work that very day!!! They were very professional wearing booties over their shoes and laid down clean cloths over the areas of our home that they needed to walk thru to do,the job. Robert told us everything they were going to do and gave us a price on each item they installed. He also noticed how narrow our doors were in the water closet and had special offset hinges so the door could open further for my walker. What a life changer he was. What a great experience we had having the Grab Bars installed in our master bathroom by Easy Access Bathrooms.. We called and made an appointment. Robert and his boss were right on time. They listen to what we needed, came up with a plan, gave us an estimate and offered us several options. They professionally installed the Grab Bars in about two hours. Before installation they showed us where they would be and ask our approval. My husband asked questions about the installations to make sure the bars would be secure. Robert explained everything. After a few days it became apparent that we were going to need to make some changes in our home. Robert with easy axis bathrooms was excellent! From the first call to the final billing, he was so polite and professional. He gave us a fair quote to install grabbars in my parents‘s backtub area. We tried to install ourselves before calling in help, but it was a pain and we ended up making holes in the tub surround. Now I don’t need that Robert efficiently install Three Grab Bars with expertise he also repaired the holes that we made! He laid down floor coverings, covered his shoes, wore a mask, and is being East step of the process to us to confirm we were on the same page. so worth paying the expert to do the job, and the exceptional customer service with a friendly smile was the cherry on top.

Call easy access bathrooms on Friday and they arrive at my house the next morning on time following a confirmation phone calls. Mr. Sanchez asked what I needed and explain the process. He even looked at the showerhead with that handheld attachment. I had purchased to make sure it will work well with a bracket he suggested. He did he carefully covered my floors including my shower floor. He found the studs in the tile shower , due out the placement of the Grab Bars so I had a clear vision of where they would be and he use the showerhead I had purchased and the bracket to determine the best placement. He was very careful to explain the cost of the services prior to starting the work. Mr. Sanches showed me some corner shelving that also served as Grab Bars but was not pushy when I declined that recommendation. The shower was the new grab bars looks great and everything is where it should be For optimum safety youth I am so pleased. I was very pleased with the reasonable cost for the quality of service provided. They left my home clean and neat. You would never know they were here except for the Grab Bars.

When Robert scheduled our appointment it was for a specific time the next day, not the typical four hour window most companies make you wait.
Robert was on time, evaluating the situation with that with Shower and my husband mobility, gave us a very reasonable estimate, and he came prepared to do the work right there and then. The installation went smoothly and looks beautiful Robert even had additional suggestions that we could easily do ourselves to improve the shower .
I’ve never had such a good experience with any company contracted to do work around the house. Eventually we plan on remodeling the entire bathroom for accessibility. I know who will be doing the work.

Ruptured tendon surgery on September 14th has me sidelined and handicap for 12 to 14 weeks with non bearing weight on my right foot. My home health therapist and the rehab hospital suggested grab bars in my shower (which is separate from the tub) for safety purposes,along with a bench shower seat,and a hand held shower spray. With that said, I turned to eZaccessbathrooms for help. Robert ,the owner, answered my call promptly and courteously. I explained my delima and he said he would be out within 48 hours to install grab bars and the necessary shower components. I received a call within one hour of Robert's arriving to my home. My husband had already purchased grab bars and a hand held shower. Robert installed the grab bars, BUT, the hand held shower spray had no shower head attached. "NOW WHAT TO DO". Robert calmed my anxiety and suggested the Delta in2ition 5 spray setting hand shower. which was a 2-in-1 shower head. I was so delighted. Next I needed to get rid of the wire mesh overhang basket that holds shampoo,soap,etc. Robert suggested installing corner grab bars with trays that are handy to store bathing articles,etc.and accessible for grabbing as well. A mock-up was drawn on the tile as to placement of grab bars, shower head with hand held spray and the grab bar corner trays. Upon my approval and with his suggestions, He began installation. Robert and his wife, Leo worked together to complete my handicap shower in less than 2-1/2 hours. He gave me a quote before the work began, he protected the carpet leading from bedroom to bathroom with canvas coverings and cleaned up when finished. eZaccessbathrooms has the guidance and knowledge making a persons handicapp very accessible in their own home.
